Alain Roux calls on hospitality to support Every Breath is Precious

Celebrated chef and Pulmonary Fibrosis Trust Patron Alain Roux is calling on the hospitality industry to help raise awareness of pulmonary fibrosis, the incurable lung disease that claimed the life of his father, legendary chef Michel Roux OBE.

Alain is supporting the Trust’s Every Breath is Precious campaign, spearheaded by Professor Nick Ashill, 62, who is running more than 900 miles from John O’Groats to Land’s End, averaging around 40 miles a day and aiming to raise £100,000.

Pubs and hospitality businesses are already supporting Nick along the route, and Alain is now encouraging the wider industry to share the campaign, fundraise, donate or ‘make their move’ to help raise awareness and support people living with pulmonary fibrosis and their families.
