This memorial page is a place of remembrance for those we have sadly lost to pulmonary fibrosis. Each tribute honours their life, their strength, and the love they shared with family and friends. By sharing these memories, we keep their stories alive and raise awareness of the impact this condition has on so many lives.

Paul Spruce
In Loving Memory of my wonderful Dad Paul. Following septic shock he was left with bad Pulmonary Fibrosis, an awful disease which took so much quality of life from him and has left a huge hole in all our hearts when he passed on the 7th December 2025. Dad was a loving family man who is so missed.
