PFT ambassadors Kenny and Jacob McDonald are back on the road again and this time they’re taking on all 42 Scottish football league stadiums to raise awareness of pulmonary fibrosis and support the Pulmonary Fibrosis Trust.
As part of Jacob’s Ground Journeys, the pair will visit every SPFL ground across Scotland and complete 10 laps of each pitch along the way.
By the end of the challenge they will have walked the equivalent of three marathons!
Many of our supporters will already know Kenny and Jacob from their previous fundraising adventures and awareness campaigns. Since losing Jacob’s mum Vivienne to pulmonary fibrosis when Jacob was just 18 months old, they’ve continued to do incredible work in raising awareness of the disease and supporting other families affected by pulmonary fibrosis.
Over the years, their fundraising efforts have raised more than £30,000 for the PFT — helping us continue providing practical support to people living with pulmonary fibrosis and their families.
Their latest challenge combines two things close to their hearts: football and fundraising.
Kenny and Jacob will be sharing updates from stadiums across the country as they continue their Ground Journeys challenge and spread awareness of pulmonary fibrosis.

A huge thank you to Kenny and Jacob for everything they continue to do for the pulmonary fibrosis community.
