Seven-year-old Jacob is walking the Severn Bridge on 14 July and just two days later will be tackling the Humber Bridge walk on 16 July in memory of his mummy. Jacob and his dad, Kenny, have already conquered six major bridges in Scotland. They are hoping to raise even more awareness and valuable funds for the Pulmonary Fibrosis Trust with these next two challenges.
