5 year old, Jacob McDonald, sadly lost his mummy 3 1/2 years ago to a little known illness, pulmonary fibrosis.
On Saturday 8th August he walked both ways along the Tay Bridge, with his dad, Kenny, to raise awareness of this disease, doing what he hopes would have made his mummy proud. A week later, on Saturday 15th August Jacob also walked along Forth Road Bridge. By doing this, Jacob also hopes to raise much needed funds for the Pulmonary Fibrosis Trust, a UK registered charity, established to help and support those affected by this dreadful, incurable lung disease.
Please support Jacob, and his Dad, by donating to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Trust on their JustGiving page here
