News about The Pulmonary Fibrosis Trust
Scott Hutchinson and his family are running the Edinburgh marathon in May to help keep the Pulmonary Fibrosis trust running. He is attempting to run the 4 main races which make up the Edinburgh Marathon Festival on the 27th & 28th May. This consists of a 10k followed by a 5k on Saturday 27th and a half marathon followed immediately by a marathon on Sunday 28th. Cheryl has signed-up for the half marathon even though after completing one 2 years ago swore never again, Eilidh is running the 2k and Aidan the 1.5k.Please support their fundraising target of £1,500 http://www.virginmoneygiving.com/team/hutchisonemfchallenge
Congratulations to our PF warrior Tony Suwalski for completing the London marathon yesterday in honour of his wife Karen.
Tony has raised £3377.75 for pulmonary fibrosis by his valiant effort running the london marathon. This is in addition to £7,485 he raised in cycling from Surrey to South Wales earlier this year. Congratulations to Terry Pavlis for raising over £1000 to support people living with PF. Terry's best friend Peter Cook sadly passed away in December 2015.
Terry decided to take positive action in raising money for people living with PF by taking part in the London Ride100.
